Scope of Work: Managed team of 5 directing the go-to-market strategy and building the roadmap for cross-channel digital marketing and event execution

Challenge: Seed and scale this direct-to-consumer shoe brand in the U.S and European markets to demonstrate a viable product and business model for investors

Approach: Distributed and marketed the brand on East and West coasts, and in Europe, both on and offline. Validated the business model before scaling through full-funnel digital channels and events

Result: Investor funding was secured. Wholesale market was expanded to include Zappos. Jibs’ Raised in Brazil campaign was runner-up in Fashion Group International’s Rising Star Awards, 2018
